Is the website really free?
The design and build are included at no separate charge when you enroll in this $199/month managed plan. You invest in ongoing hosting, security, performance, and monthly update time—which is how I can deliver the initial build without a large upfront web design fee.
What counts toward the 5 hours of updates?
Typical requests include text and image changes, new pages or sections, layout tweaks, form adjustments, and similar site updates. Large feature builds, custom software, or major redesigns may fall outside the included time and can be scoped separately.
Who owns the website?
You own your content and brand assets. Technical details can be spelled out in writing before we start so everyone knows how licensing, hosting, and handoff work if plans change.
Do you only work with Arizona businesses?
